About Work
Started here as a Social Media Manager, mostly figuring things out as I went. Precap was a CAAS-based business building a community around success, entrepreneurship, and leadership, and my job was to make that sound as interesting online as it actually was, no small task when your product is basically "people getting better at things."
Did a bit of everything: strategy planning, content creation, research, client acquisition. Some weeks that meant digging into what our audience actually wanted to see instead of guessing. Other weeks it meant just showing up and posting because momentum matters more than perfection.
Somewhere in there, things started working. Internet presence improved, brand recognition picked up, leads started coming in steadily instead of sporadically. Nothing dramatic, no single campaign I can point to and say "that was it." Just a lot of small, consistent decisions that added up.
Looking back, this is probably where I first learned that growth isn't usually one big idea, it's mostly just doing the unglamorous stuff on repeat until it compounds.
